Neoma V Schuessler

Neoma V. Schuessler, 94, of Perryville, Missouri asleep in Jesus Thursday, April 28, 2022 at the Independence Care Center in Perryville. She was born January 4, 1928 in Farrar, MO to Rudolph and Frieda (Miesner) Bachmann. Neoma and Hilmer Schuessler were married September 5, 1948 at Salem Lutheran Church, Farrar. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Along with her husband and family, she enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling and playing pinochle. She was also an accomplished coffee cake baker. In her later years, she enjoyed doing word puzzle books and playing kings-on-a-corner. Survivors include three sons, Wayne (Marilyn) Schuessler of St. Louis, MO, Larry Schuessler of Perryville, MO, Dennis (Kathleen) Schuessler of Perryville, MO; daughter, Lori (Jesse) Lincoln of Perryville, MO; two brothers, Robert (Darlene) Bachmann of Colombia, MO, Edward (Marilyn) Bachmann of Eureka, MO; sister, Ellen Schultes of Chesterfield, MO; six grandchildren, Angie (Matthew) Unterreiner, Matthew Schuessler, Krystle (Dustin) Ochs, Aaron Meyer, Jenna (Shane) Christisen, Ty Lincoln; twelve great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hilmer Schuessler; son, Roger Schuessler; brother, Vernon (Mildred) Bachmann; three sisters, Doris (Gordon) Gabbert, Florence (Dan) Neu, Ruby (Marvin) Mueller; brother-in-law, Barry Schultes. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 2, 2022 at Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Matthew Marks officiating. Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
