Michael Boyle Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Rev. Michael J. Boyle, C.M. 93, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Apostle of Charity Residence in Perryville. He was born September 24, 1928 in Chicago, IL to Bernard and Josephine (McElhinney) Boyle. Fr. Boyle was Roman Catholic Priest and member of the Congregation of the Mission. He was ordained June 7, 1959. He served as a parish priest at several parishes in the state of Arizona. He was the Vocation Director and Instructor at the Minor Seminary in Montebello, CA. Survivors include sister, Catherine Green of Glen Ellyn, IL; two brothers, Bernard Boyle of Crystal Lake, IL, William Boyle of Glen Ellyn, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Friday, April 8, 2022 at Mary, Mother of God Chapel at St. Mary's of the Barrens in Perryville with a vigil service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 am Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Mary, Mother of God Chapel at St. Mary's of the Barrens in Perryville with the Rev. Patrick McDevitt, C.M., Provincial of the Western Providence officiating. Join the the funeral mass for Rev. Michael Boyle, C.M. through livestream at the St. Mary's of the Barrens facebook page.
