    June 23, 1960 - December 2, 2020

    Brenda Lea Kennon, 60, of Perryville, Missouri passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born June 23, 1960 in St. Louis, MO. She and Alan Lane Kennon were married on March 8, 1981 in Fredericktown, MO. He survives in Perryville. Brenda was a School Bus Driver for Perry County School District #32 for 18 years. She was a member of the Protestant Faith. Brenda was an amazing cook, she cooked at the Spillway, Barrens Winery, Lake Perry Cafe. She loved to hunt and fish and go mushroom hunting. She was an avid animal lover and loved all her free time with her grandchildren. Survivors include Son, Brandon Alan Kennon of Perryville, MO; Three Brothers, Ron (Pam Mifflin) Moore of Farmington, MO, Jerry (Karen) Moore of DeSoto, MO, Richard (Tonya)Moore of Georgia; Sister, Lisa (Marty) Manning of Joplin, MO; Three Grandchildren, Collin Matthew Kennon, Destiny Michelle Lyn Kennon, Brittany Nicholle Kennon; . She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Jennifer Lyn Kennon; sister in law, Terry Lyn (Kennon) Stanfill; Mother and Father In Law, Alvin and Delores Kennon, Step Mother, Diane Moore, Brother in Law, Dennis Stanfill. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Whitewater Christian Church in Perry County. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Whitewater Christian Church in Perry County with Brother Ray White officiating. Burial will be at Whitewater Christian Cemetery in Perry County. Memorial contributions may be given to Family Use. Online condolences may be made at www.fordandyoungfuneralhome.com. Ford and Young Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
